What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, property address, and a description of your project. We also record whether you identified yourself as a solar sales organization or a homeowner.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the work you asked us about, and to schedule and perform that work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our internal job management system, which is hosted on Supabase. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which collects standard aggregate traffic statistics such as page views and country of origin. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

SMS and text messaging

EKO Solar Pros operates an SMS program that sends operational alerts about solar service work — new form submissions, customer deposits, invoice payments, appointment and job updates, and payment failures.

Consent. You opt in either by entering your own mobile number and enabling SMS alerts in the authenticated EKO Solar Ops application, or by texting START to (404) 738-5722. We only message the person who controls the mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies according to job activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP, or contact us at (404) 738-5722 or [email protected], for assistance.

Sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the messages described above, and are disclosed only to the messaging provider that transmits them on our behalf.

Calls

Calls to our published phone number are routed through a business phone service. If we cannot answer, an automated assistant may take your name, callback number, and a description of your request so we can return your call.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email [email protected] or call (404) 738-5722 and we will remove your record.
